Waitlist privacy notice
Effective July 25, 2026. This notice covers the Wax Beacon preview and verified waitlist.
What we collect
When you request access, we collect your email, role, email-permission record, product selection, limited campaign attribution, and the status and timing of email verification.
What not to submit
Do not submit complaints, case files, case facts, case numbers, financial information, discovery material, public-records productions, personal data, sealed documents, privileged information, or confidential content. These pages do not accept document uploads.
Traffic measurement and analytics
Our server keeps only aggregate counts by product, minute, and page language. It does not store IP addresses, user agents, cookies, visitor or session identifiers, query strings, or form content. Google Analytics receives only the product slug, page language, and basic interaction names; it never receives form content or matter details.
Verification and abuse prevention
We send a time-limited confirmation link before treating an address as an active waitlist contact. The link contains an opaque token rather than your email address, and merely opening the page does not confirm it. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited browser and network signals to distinguish people from automated abuse.
Use and retention
We use this data to verify inbox control, operate requests, prevent abuse, measure site reliability, and understand campaign performance. Delivery attempts and expired records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations and security. Email-permission records may be retained longer when required.

To request access, correction, deletion, or removal from product email, contact hello@wax.sh.
Service providers
Our infrastructure, Cloudflare abuse-prevention, Google Workspace email, and analytics providers process limited data for us under their own terms. We do not sell submitted information or use it to train legal models.
