Preview and waitlist terms
Effective July 25, 2026. These terms cover the Wax Beacon public preview and verified waitlist.
Preview only
The full workflow is still in development. The public experience uses synthetic examples and does not provide the described product. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission, timing, features, or availability.
Not legal services
Wax is not a law firm, does not represent you, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. The preview does not provide legal advice, select a strategy, or replace review of controlling law, rules, orders, official sources, or qualified counsel.
No real-world material
Do not submit complaints, case files, case facts, financial information, discovery material, public-records productions, personal data, sealed documents, privileged information, or confidential content. The preview does not accept file uploads.
Email confirmation
A new request joins the waitlist only after deliberate confirmation through a time-limited link. Confirmation shows control of an inbox at that moment; it does not prove identity, professional status, or authority to act for another person.
Acceptable use
Do not probe other people’s requests, automate abusive traffic, misrepresent synthetic output as professional advice, or use the site unlawfully.
Changes and availability
The preview, waitlist, and any future features may change or end. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
